Yes, upgrade the firmware on all of the IXG devices. Go to aiphone.net and download the latest version of the firmware for each type of IXG device. Then update the firmware in the IXG Support Tool under Maintenance – Firmware Update.
Each time you open the IXG Support Tool, make sure it is in advanced mode by going to View – Advanced.
You need to select the NIC (Network Interface Card) in the IXG Support Tool. Go to File – IXG Support Tool Settings – Select NIC

Port-forward the 3 port protocols below: • HTTPS 443, TCP, for certification server control Secure • MQTT 8883, TCP, for call control server connection • RTP 10000-20000, UDP, for video and audio transmission One way to find out if the port forwarding is working or not is by testing the ‘Manual IXG Cloud Server and Gateway Sync’. If you get a successful result after pressing the sync button, it means that the port-forwarding is working.
